and the beat goes on

Beatsfest is a new, online streaming platform targeting Gen-Z and Millennial listeners. The objective was to create a brand identity and guide for the brand. The brand guide included an in depth competitor analysis. The branded elements needed to appeal to a young, culturally diverse, digially saavy customer. This was an excellent opportunity to use bright, bold colors in the designs and brand development.

As part of the brand guide, I created a series of digital ads to show how the logo and branding would translate for this type of usage. I adjusted the color in some of the stock imagery to better reflect the brand colors. I used stock photos that went well together stylistically but also showed people of different races, ethnicities and genders all enjoying music. I created personas for them to make each person more relatable while also selling the platform messaging.
